Classified employees work with students, educators, parents, volunteers, business partners and community members.
Classified employees support the smooth operation of offices, the safety and maintenance of buildings and property, and the safe transportation, healthy nutrition and direct instruction of students.
Classified employees are educational assistants, office support specialists, bus drivers, custodians, maintenance workers, food servers, translators and more.
Thank you, classified employees, for your work on behalf of GAPS students!

To help us celebrate Dr. Seuss/Read Across America Week we will be enjoying some fun activities at Waverly (including Dress-Up Days). As always keep in mind school appropriate attire!
Please help your child plan for the following…
Monday (3/6): Special Morning Assembly and Afternoon All-School Reading Time – Wear your Waverly shirts if you have them.
Tuesday (3/7): Super Hero Day – Students can dress up as their favorite super hero. NO MASKS OR FACE PAINT PLEASE. Not sure who to be? How about “Super Reader”? Teachers can also help students come up with a super hero name.
Wednesday (3/8): Who Hair and Wacky Wear – Your chance to have hair like one of Dr. Seuss’ Whos. Fix it up and wear it funky.
Thursday (3/9): Crazy Socks and Hat Day – Wear your Dr. Seuss hat (or any other hat) and crazy or mismatched socks.
Friday (3/10): Vote for Your Favorite Dr. Seuss Story – If you prefer The Cat in the Hat wear blue and red. If you prefer Green Eggs and Ham wear green and yellow.
